Strengthening Democratic Resilience Against FIMI: Research Insights, Policy Outputs and Future Directions

The Joint Final Conference will take place on Thursday, 5 November 2026 from 09:30 – 17:30 CET at Comet Louise in Brussels (Pl. Stéphanie 20, 1050 Bruxelles, here). The event is a collaborative effort bringing together four Horizon Europe projects: DE-CONSPIRATOR, RESONANT, ADAC.io, and ARM. All four projects are members of the wider FIMI Research Cluster and have been focused on advancing research and understanding of Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) and its implications for democratic resilience.

The conference will bring together researchers, policymakers, and civil society representatives to present key findings and discuss policy recommendations on strengthening Europe’s resilience to hybrid threats and information manipulation. Through presentations, expert discussions and exchanges across research and policy communities, the event will contribute to the broader debate on how research-based knowledge can support more effective responses to the evolving FIMI threat landscape.
